Images
All images have been photographed to depict the true colours of the products as accurately as possible. However the colours on screen may vary slightly from the true colours due to different screen resolutions. Please be aware of this when purchasing.
All images on the Green Tara website remain the property of Green Tara and its proprietor. If you wish to copy the images for any reason, please contact Green Tara for permission. If permission is granted for the images to be used in any media, it is a condition of such permission that the user acknowledges Green Tara as the source. If the images are displayed on the user’s website, it is a requirement that the product is acknowledged as being a Green Tara product. Removal of the Green Tara watermark from images is expressly foirbidden.
Not withstanding the above, any Green Tara product sold by any means must acknowledge Green Tara as the supplier.
Delivery Terms
All orders are usually dispatched within two working days. If there is any delay in dispatching your order you will be notified. If paying by cheque or money order, goods will be shipped once funds have been cleared. If paying by bank transfer, goods will be shipped upon receipt of bank transfer confirmation advice. This can be done by either email or fax. If paying by credit card goods will be shipped as soon as the card has been processed successfully. Credit cards are processed manually after the addition of freight.
Shipping Fees
Orders will be dispatched by courier or Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Postage is calculated using Australia Post guidelines.
Freight will be calculated and added to invoice. Green Tara will not be held responsible for orders that go missing in transit. Parcels sent by post can be registered for an additional cost.
Please advise us if you want this option.
A handling fee of $3.00 is charged on all orders but can be waived at our discretion.
Restocking Fee
In the event that an order is not paid for or cancelled after it has been packed a restocking fee of $15 will apply.
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of A$50.00
Refund Policy
We aim to satisfy our customers. Please contact us if any products you receive are defective or damaged. Contact must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. The items will be replaced or a refund issued.
